It's ramadhan, and what moslems do? Yes, fasting.
You have a fasting and you feel that sometimes you feel hungry too quick?
That's because you eat less fiber.
Fiber is a nutrient that can't be broken-down by our digestion system. Then what's the effect? The Food will stay longer there and that's make us feel full for longer, compared if we eat less fiber-containing food.

Well, it's easy to say 'eat fiber for better fasting performance', but people usually difficult to get good source of fiber, such as vegetables, fruits, grains, etc.
You have little choice of fiber, there is one food that you can eat to get the same effect, better yet easy to find. It's Jelly! Jelly is food that made by agar, jelly, carageenan, konjaku, etc, substance that is known as good source of fiber. Eat couples of small jelly cups can give us sufficient amount of fiber.

So, eat whatever meal (when you aren't able to get fiber) and add 5 small cups of jelly, then you will get the fiber effect, feel full longer!

Prove it! :)
